An exciting & intense performer who links theatre, hip-hop, spoken word and comedy in a truly unique and emotionally stimulating way. A writer, performer, musician and workshop leader, Maxwell’s music has been supported by BBC Radio 1 and 1Xtra. As well as many theatrical credits, he has performed alongside influential artists including Afrika Bambaataa, Grooverider, Norman Jay, Benji Reid, Killa Kela, Jonzi D, Will Power, Soweto Kinch, Bashy and Horace Andy. Maxwell currently holds the title ‘BirmingSlam Champion’ of performance poetry and has had compositions signed to Bassbin Records
